Patrick Soares is a leading tax specialist advising on all areas of taxation, with particular expertise in property transaction structuring, VAT, trusts, and offshore tax. He acts for a wide range of high-profile clients and major commercial enterprises.
A former tax partner at a prominent London law firm, Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from University College London and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
He regularly lectures on complex tax topics and chairs London conferences on Optimum Tax Structures for Land Transactions and Overseas Trusts and Companies. Patrick is also the Tax Editor of the Property Law Bulletin and the author of several leading works on VAT and offshore investment.
